I just bought the Fitbit inspire 3 a couple of days ago. I tracked my first workout today and logged it in my watch. Up until I finished my workout, I was able to view my exercise days in the app, but now it won't do anything at all and it's forever loading. I've force stopped the app, turned off Bluetooth, turned off my phone, turned back on Bluetooth, resigned into the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the app data, but nothing has worked and my workouts never logged. Has anyone had this issue?

This situation has already been escalated to our team and they are working on a solution to it, although there is no set timeline for when this will be resolved.
