New leather strap

Ordered new leather strap for Inspire 3 however after many family members trying to replace with plastic one it is not fitting properly.

Can someone advise how to return or contact someone to send a replacement.

Please note that currently we are offering accessories for the Fitbit Inspire 3 in our official webstore.

According to the description of your accessory, it seems it was purchased from a retailer. This being said, my best advice is to contact the store where this item has been purchased.

In case you have actually purchased from our webstore, you can contact our customer support for further handling.

Unfortunately there is not a leather strap available for the Inspire 3 on your official webstore so may have to go elsewhere.

A jewellery can do it for you I've fitted one to my galaxy watch myself the length is 20mm you just need to clip the clasps in surely they can do leather replacement straps for versa
