I have a new Inspire 3. It won't pair all it displays is the message "Download the Fitbit mobile app". I have reset it, uninstalled app and reinstalled it. Turned off and back on the Bluetooth and followed all the suggestions in the same topic for the Inspire 2, nothing has worked. I would love some advice please. Thanks in advance!

Hi, @cmelody, welcome to the community, can you please tell us about your mobile phone, make, model & OS number, you may be interested in this article Fitbit Supported Devices, and note the minimum OS requirement.
Do you have a VPN installed on your phone, if so it should be disabled for the Fitbit app?
Let us know.
Cheers

Same issue here. Followed all the same steps above. I have a Samsung Z Fold 4. No VPN. Using Android 13. Getting the same Download Fitbit Mobile App message. Thanks for any other suggestions.

I am having the same issue. Just got the inspire 3. I have a fold 4 and it appears they're not able to connect with these phones. There are several others (on this forum) with this same issue. Some have said there's an update coming to fix this. No estimated time of arrival for this update (just early 2023 😑 this could mean April 2023). Might return this device if I don't hear of a date by the end of the week.
This should be the top priority. Getting the devices to connect. That the basics.
Please fix this ASAP.
Edit: what everyone can do is use another device (iPhone/ipad/android phone/tablet that isn't Samsung) to sync data. My gf has an iPhone and I've been using that to sync my data. I feel for people who don't have a device to sync. Hopefully this issue is resolved soon.

Same issue. Same phone. I received watch for Christmas. Thought it was defective. Returned it , got replacement and this new one does sane thing. Won't transmit four digit code. Frustrating. Needs to work!
