I have no HR data from overnight. I don't know if the time change last night is the reason? I've already resynced multiple times, restart my fitbit, changed to 24h time, turning off automatic time zone and so on.
Best AnswerI had the same experience -- no heart rate recording though my fit and app records the heart rate at the present moment but has not recorded the heart rate sine 12 AM on Sunday, November 2. I have restarted my INSPIRE 3 fitbit, have turned off and restarted my IPHONE, have turned off Blue Tooth & removed the fitbit app from my IPHONE, turned off the phone again and restarted the fitbit app again, then reinstalled the app on my phone, and turned blue tooth back on and synced both IPHONE and fitbit app, and turned both device off and then on again, and the fitbit is till not recording my heart rate thought is does show the moment to moment heart rate both on the fitbit and on the app on my phone. How is this problem resolved?????
Hi @hamanka6 and @Havaya120 Yes, this looks like it is due to the time change. The missing heart rate is new with this time change. There is a longstanding issue with hourly activity.

Best AnswerGlad to know others are having the same issues. I have a new Inspire 3 and my husband has an Inspire 2 and it’s the same. A previous post said same issues with a time change last week. Hopefully it will resolve.
Best AnswerI have had the same problem since Friday, and tried all the above remedies with no success. do we all just wait??
Best AnswerOurs resolved over night! Must have been related to the time change. Only had my Inspire 3 since Friday so I was a little concerned. Hopefully yours will resolve.
Best AnswerIt’s all fine now. Must have been time change related.
