My Fitbit app doesn't show a Notifications option under device settings. I made sure my Inspire 3 has he latest update. My phone is up to date (Pixel 7). I also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. Attached is a screenshot as well.

Hi, @MySynpai can you confirm you have the notifications app installed on your Inspire 3? From the Today screen on your Fitbit app touch the device icon in the top left corner>Inspire3>Gallery>Apps>Notifications (install if not already installed - it should as it's a default app) and look to see if "Notifications" appears under "General"

If you do have it I can only suggest a factory reset, the basic purpose being to clear everything out & re-install.

  1. Sync your Fitbit app (this will preserve your data on your account)
  2. In your Inspire 3 swipe down from the clock face to & touch settings>device information>clear user data.
  3. On your phone go to settings>Apps>Fitbit>clear storage & Cache Delete the Fitbit app & restart your phone.
  4. Go to the Playstore & reload the Fitbit app.
  5. Set up your Inspire 3 again

Let us know how you get on.

Cheers

Hi, @MySynpai, thanks for the update. Allowing you have conducted a factory reset as advised above I think your best next step is to talk to "customer Support" Use the chat facility or phone for a prompt response, it's a good idea to note the steps you've taken & the results so you can brief the agent accurately.

I hope this helps.

Cheers
