No distance display while tracking walk

Before the update,  while tracking a walk I saw distance, current pace, and average pace.   Now distance is replaced by time of day.   Time of day also appears at the bottom.  I assume this can’t be customized.   Is there a way to suggest to the developers I want distance walked back?

thanks for answering but that’s not my issue.   

distance is not shown at all during tracking.  The display defaults to showing time of day.

Hi, @Aclayjar, how do you start the record of your walk, do you use the settings on your Inspire 3 or allow it to start via the auto-recognize feature? Which ever one you are using try the other, let us know how you get on.

It doesn’t make any difference.
 On the device,  when I walk it shows

time of day

pace

elapsed time

time of day

after I work out and since the app I get the distance,  but I’d like to know during.

Hi, @Aclayjar May I suggest you consider the following? Once you have the exercise display recording on the screen of your Inspire 3 tap the screen to see the display toggle through the steps, distance etc. Try it out and let us know how you get on.

Yes,  that works.  Thank you!

however,  it’s not saved as my preference,  I have to set it each time.

also , I have the option of having the time of day appear 3x on the screen.  😜

sorry but how do you do that exactly? When I start the activity recording I don’t have any toggle I can only start and stop the activity

Hi, @Aclayjar if you select your preferred metric and then just leave it & the display should remain the same each time you initiate the automatic screen wake by flicking your wrist.

Oh yes clear now, many thanks!
However, for the running activity is not possible to have both KM and pace at the same time? It used to be possible before the update
