Not auto-recognizing my exercise

Every morning I get in several short vigorous walks and my Inspire 3 has always auto-recognized them and recorded the data. The past two mornings that has not happened. It records the active minutes but does not record the exercise. Has anyone else experienced this?  Is this a glitch with the reformatted app?  Just so many frustrations with the product and app!

There may be various reasons why your activities were not recorded or recognized correctly.

E.g. The activity is not fully recognized by your movement patterns.
You took a break longer than 30 seconds during the first few minutes, so the tracker may have "thought" the exercise was finished.

I recommend that you restart your tracker and set the start times for the activities differently. For example, for walking, set it to 10 minutes, run to 15, outdoor bike rides to 20, etc. and/or ignore the activities you don't use.

I have been having the same problem. I walked for 45 mins on Sunday with no stops and two trips to a location of more than 15 mins each on Thursday but the Fitbit is showing no exercise this week.

I too am having the same problem, intense exercise today, and Fitbit says I did nothing.  It literally says 0 mins.  Also everytime I open the app it affirmatively tells me (via Exercise Days)  that thete was no exercise on certain days (when I did - and they are logged). Yesterday I was completely unable to log anything because your server was down.  I’ve used Fitbits for 9 years.  This version of Fitbit has me looking for other exercise trackers.  This Fitbit is inaccurate, unreliable, and the layout is brutal.
