I think that the inspire 3 should be able to be set up for children under 13. My 11 year old was bought one by her grandparents for Christmas; it is very annoying that I can’t set it up as a child account for her. 
min the UK children move to senior school at 11 and want to feel suitably ‘grown up’ the Ace collection isn’t mature enough for them
