Not syncing thru multiple fix it series

New Inspire 3 fitbit. Won’t sync. Have followed all steps in fix it. 
sometimes it will finally sync after all steps followed multiple times. Extremely frustrating. This is my 4th fitbit. My less the 2yr old luxe was fine until I did a software upgrade. After the upgrade the Luxe screen never came on again. Are they forcing people to go on google?  If I’d known it wouldn’t work as my previous fitbits I wouldn’t have got a new one. 
update: signed in again (3rd or 4th try) & it finally synced. Don’t want to have to go thru this for the next 2 years. Please provide a fix.

I had them send me a replacement as mine was constantly having the same problem ever since I connected my account to Google. Guess what, same issues. Constantly not syncing and hours long process to reconnect.

What angers me is my old Fitbit worked great until they killed it with a forced update. When I called customer service back then, they literally told me my only option was to buy a different model and gave me a discount. Should’ve known better.
