Notifications are no longer coming through my Inspire 3

I have my Inspire 3 set up to notify me when notifications from multiple non-Fitbit apps come up on my phone. However, earlier this week, my Inspire 3 stopped vibrating when the notifications from those apps come in (which I like since I can't always see/hear my phone) and I have no idea why. My device isn't in DND or Sleep mode and other than the app updating last week, I'm not sure what, if anything, I did to cause this. All I've done to fix it is disable those non-Fitbit notifications, force-close the app, then re-enabling those notifications (which didn't work) because I'm not sure what to do. Anyone else experience this and has found a solution?

Hi @MarreFitbit,

I did most of the steps listed above, although not entirely in order (for example, I couldn't find where to clear the cache from the Fitbit app on my iPhone 13 so I skipped that step). That being said, it still worked and I'm receiving vibrating notifications from my selected third-party apps on my Inspire 3 again. Thank you!
