Notifications are not coming through my Inspire 3

Hello,

This is my third post on this subject with no response. Trying again.

My Inspire 3 receives notifications about 30% of the time. We have sleep mode off and do not disturb off. I will be sitting next to my phone and get a text or a phone call and it does not show up on my Inspire fitbit. Sometimes it shows up hours later. Same with news notifications.We had better luck with the notifications when we had the Fitbit Flex.

Also, sometimes I will be reading a news notification on my Inspire and it just disappears. It displays no new notifications while I was in the middle of reading it.

Can you give us some insight on how the notifications work. 

Also, any suggestions on how to fix this problem.

The Inspire 3 screen is really too small for me to use for notifications, etc. but do you have all notifications and permissions switched on for the Inspire 3 in your phone Settings > Apps > Fitbit app?

Yes we do. Its just erratic. Some notifications come in and others won't from the same source. Sometimes we get a notification that we missed a call and hour later. We also get notifications then when reading them they disappear then come back an hour or 2 later.

They really need to fix this. It's a mess.
