Hi, @Louise888 , your Fitbit will track variations in your skin temperature while you sleep (not during the day).  Once you have worn your.

Fitbit while sleeping for a few days Fitbit will establish a baseline skin temperature for you, and after that you will see how much your temperature varies from your baseline.  Fitbit will not be able to track your core temp.

You can see the graph of variations under the “Health Metrics” tile, which is available on your Today (home) screen on the app.

If you would like to know more about the importance of skin temperature please have a look at this Fitbit blog entry

I hope this helps.  Please post again if anything is unclear.  Welcome to the forums!

Hello @Louise888 and welcome to the Community.  Your Inspire 3 tracks an overnight skin temperature variation.  You see it in your Health Metrics tile on the Fitbit app.  No Fitbit gives you a spot temperature reading.  I don't know if there is any fitness tracker that will give you that information.  But the Inspire 3 is a great entry level Fitbit to help you start your journey.
