Recently there seems to be an issue with my heart rate peaking unreasonably at times of relative inactivity. How do I fix this?!

Hi there, @julesjmj. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums.
If your Inspire 3 is tracking heart rate while not moving, I was wondering if you were near to a fan or something that generates vibration? If so, note that your Inspire 3 may display an erroneous heart rate reading due to the vibrations. In addition, keep in mind that there are some factors that can affect the heart rate readings such as movement, temperature, humidity, stress level, physical body position, caffeine intake, and medication to mention a few.
For more information, see How do I track heart rate with my Fitbit device? and What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?
If the above doesn't help you, please confirm that you've restarted your heart rate settings as follows: Swipe up to Heart Rate and turn it Off.

That’s interesting. I never thought about the vibrations component before. I don’t know if that was the case, but it’s a good consideration. Thank you!
