My Inspire 3 is currently stuck on a nearly month old "1 day until period." I've tried restarting the watch, syncing to the app (which is still moving along towards my next predicted period), resetting the app, deleting and resetting my cycle data, and even trying to delete the widget from the watch to reset it, but nothing is working, and I would like my cycle tracker to join me and the date and time on the watch in January rather than staying on December 19th.

I received a reply from FitBit - they said the new update version 4.12, Wednesday March 13th, should fix this issue. Sadly, it has not. The next reply I have received tells me they are working on a resolution as quickly as possible. So I guess, more waiting?

I’m having the same problem! Mine is stuck on “1 until” and I’ve tried resetting it and re-syncing my Fitbit and it’s still stuck. It was working for me until I updated

SAME WILL NOT change from 1 until on watch. Everything is correct in the application

Same here, my sleep tile also is no longer updating with sleep score, and there’s a visual error on the SpO2 tile now. These were fine until I updated my inspire 3.

Yup, it also happens for the sleep amount and score. It all works fine in the app.

Update: it's now two full cycles past and still reading "1 until" but the bars showing period and fertile window are moving as they're supposed to.

My charge 5 is the same, been that way since I got it new a few months ago. So maddening. I keep hoping it will fix in an update soon??? I have tried everything, nothing works. At least app is right, just would be nice if the tracker read correctly too. Nice to know it is not just me. Perhaps since Google is taking over, and Fitbit is phased out, it can either get fixed, or ignored! I fear the later - forcing us into a Pixel watch purchase!

Me, too! I am a new FitBit user but have been disappointed by the tracker performance on several fronts, and even less impressed by the lack of acknowledgement by the company.

Ugh, that's so annoying. I mean, I guess it's good they're trying to fix it. (If of course they're not just blowing smoke.)

Dear followers of this thread - I have been patiently waiting to hear back from Fit Bit. Today I reached out and was informed my case was closed due to inactivity. I have been waiting for them to respond to me, so I have no idea why it was closed? In all honesty, I think they are not interested in solving this issue for us or quite possibly they are so baffled by it, they cannot find a solution. Sorry ladies - I think we need a menstruating computer nerd to get on this? The plus side - the watch is right - one day each cycle! 😂
