Can I use my Fitbit Inspire 3 without paying the high premium and access basic information like heart rate and number of steps, date, and time?? I can't get a clear message from support personnel.

Heart rate, step count, date, time, and other basic information is definitely available without Premium.

Hi @DOAbby it's true - all that @JohnnyRow mentioned is free, without the need for Premium. I have the Inspire 3 and it does more than I need and all of what you mentioned wanting. Premium information can be found here - click to read. I've had Premium before, but it gave me more insight into my fitness than I truly used.

Are getting sleep stage results and the 5 heart metrics, without long-term trend analysis of course, available without a Premium account, or is a basic account limited to only getting sleep pattern results and no heart metrics?

@Bill_209 Sleep stages and the Health Metrics, including the 90-day trends, are free to all users. Premium users get more sleep analysis. All users get 90-day Health Metrics.

Thank you for that information, @LZeeW.
If that's the case, then I should take a closer look to see if my wife and I really need Premium accounts, because we apparently aren't using any of the Premium features now as far as I know.
