Just purchased and trying to set up but keep getting error message:
Problem Creating Account
“The email address you provided is already taken by another Fitbit account”
I have never had a Fitbit before so not used my email address?
Please advise as I want to set up to start using?

Best Answer@stevet11 this happened to me years ago, when I got my first Fitbit. It turned out that someone I didn't even know had used my email address to create their account. I contacted Customer Support and asked them to delete that account. They emailed me, to verify that it really was my email address, and then deleted the stranger's account.
