Hi, I’m having a problem pairing my inspire 3 with my iPhone 13 operating system 16.1.1. I have turned off Bluetooth and turned it back on. I have heard the two side buttons on the side for 10 seconds.

Hi there, @Gruane and @Farrouha. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Inspire 3 before reaching out and for the details provided in both posts.

It seems that your Fitbit cannot properly connect to your new iPhone 13, I'll give you a hand with that. If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

  • Unpair your Inspire 3 from your iPhone's Bluetooth.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use. This can help to prevent connectivity issues or Bluetooth interference.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth on your iPhone.
  • Plug it into the charging cable and open the Fitbit app.
  • Set up your Inspire 3 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Inspire 3 one more time.
