Apparently I need to update my Inspire 3 and, as usual, it’s a problem! Charge it while updating, keep phone near, blah blah, press update button and nothing happens.

Firstly, verify if you are running the latest Fitbit app update: How do I update the Fitbit app?
(We are now running the 4.58 version of the app).
