Hello, my daughter got a new (bought in the store) watch from your company FITBIT INSPIRE 3 and immediately fell in love with it. But we have a big problem with this watch. While setting up her account and installing the application (which of course was successful) we came across a problem. Wanting to pair the watch with the application that she already has on her phone through the application, at the pairing stage the application only shows watches "Fitbit kids" there is no INSPIRE 3 watch on the list. I realize that Fitbit INSPIRE 3 is dedicated to adults but it is a gift and she wants this watch. So my question is what do I do now to make this watch work. Thank you for your quick response.

Hi @PiotrW ! Welcome to the Community !
Thank you for your message regarding Fitbit device's for kids.
For privacy purposes and the protection of children and their personal data, Fitbit requires all registered users to be at least 13 years old.
European Union regulations changed the minimum age to 16 for some of his countries. Age requirements on Google Accounts.
This is also aligned with the COPPA law Children's Online Privacy Protection Act.

Thank you for answer
Ok I understand this but I don't understand what I have to do with the watch. I know that companies have watches dedicated specifically to children in their offers. But in my opinion the watch in this case (INSPIRE 3) is just a watch THAT is operated by a child. This child's account is protected by "FAMILY LINK". The question is also why the seller did not warn about such a problem. I don't know what to do now?.
