Fit Bit (premium, but I suppose non-premium is the same) stops registering sleep after a wake up. In other words, if I go pee at 4am and it takes me 15 minutes (or less) to go back to sleep, Fit Bit registers sleeping until 4 am (ie. doesn't count the next 3 hours of sleep). Obviously, this means all markers related to sleep (readiness for activity the next day, total number of sleeping hours, details in zones) are inaccurate. Even naps should be counted into the sleep tally and that's how it was when I last used app 7 years ago. Any thoughts?

Thank you for your response.  I looked up all descriptions and instructions.  My device still stops recording after a wake up. Tells me I woke at 5 instead of 8, say, and I know I’ve slept because I dreamed.
totally unuseful feature that led men to cancel Premium and not wear device at night.
