Inspire 3 won't stop vibrating when reaching active zone minutes

Hi all, I need some quick help with turning off vibrations.
There are only two (2) reasons I want to feel a vibration, my alarm clock, and my 60 second timer between sets.

i turned off AZM on the watch and for every exercise IN the watch. I turned off auto start exercises and their related AZMs.

Problem: There seems to be another hear rate metric that buzzes my watch. It has the same symbol as AZM but my AZM says 5, while this one is going on 90.

You may imagine how annoying it must be to set a timer for cool down and the watch vibrates 6 times in 60 seconds. Another 4 times during the set. And then repeat during rests. Absolutely horrendous.

I looked and looked in the watch, on the IOS app, everywhere. I cannot find where to turn this vibrator off. Please help.

Found a temporary work around. It does cause less annoying issues but DND did not work but SLEEP mode did. I could use my timer without additional buzzing during my workout.
Now then, despite the bandaid fix. I’d like to know what I can do about the weekly zone minute counter.
I see no settings for TOTAL zone minutes, that is what keeps buzzing. DAILY azm doesn’t buzz anymore, but total does.
Having goals at 1 and at 2880 had no effect.
Tried deleting data. Nothing.
DND. NO

All the resets and restarts and redownloads helped none.
Where is the setting for total zone minutes?

Hi there, @EdgarasA. It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 3 is still vibrating even when you've found a workaround. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

To better assist you, please make sure you've turned off the notifications by following the steps below:

  1. On your tracker, swipe left or right to the Exercise app, then swipe up to find an exercise.
  2. Tap to choose an exercise, then swipe up through the exercise settings.
  3. Tap Heart Zone Notifications to turn the setting on or off.

Heart-zone notifications you receive during everyday activity:

  1. On your tracker, swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app.

  2. Open the Settings app > tap AZM Notifications to turn the setting on or off.

I have done this for every exercise. And AZM is off as well in the regular settings.

AZM for daily doesn’t buzz. Only the cumulative zone minutes.
