I bought my Inspire 3 back in 2022 and used it regularly for about a year—then I moved & misplaced the device. I recently found it and started it up again, migrated my account, and updated the device completely today. It’s now running version 20001.214.24.
Today I used the Relax feature. I’ve used this in the past, a couple of years ago, & it worked great. Today, there was no animation accompanying the feature. Although the device vibrated to indicate when I should inhale & exhale, the expanding & contracting circle animation was totally gone. This made it difficult to follow the prompts and I got a notification that my breathing was not aligned with the session.
I thought maybe this was an intentional omission, but I see many posts here raising this issue and no solution. My device is fully updated & the green lights are on. I have tried restarting. Some of the posts I see raising this issue are from years ago & I’m pretty astounded there’s been no development on this. Please help! I love mindful breathing & would like to do that with this device.
