Inspire 3 Relax app not working

My favourite feature of the Inspire 3 was the relaxer that did guided for two minutes. 
Unfortunately, after a couple of uses the guided circle animation stopped functioning and it’s now just a gray static circle with haptic notifications. I would love to see this get fixed so that you have the animation back. I see it’s been an issue for a lot of users..

Hello @S_McEown!  Welcome to the forums!

I'm sorry to hear that your Relax feature in your Inspire 3 has a gray circle. 

  • Are the heart rate sensor lights on the back turned on?
  • Is your tracker accurately recording your heart rate?  

In the meantime, please restart your Inspire 3:

  1. Swipe down from the clock screen to find the Settings app 
     
    and then tap the app to open it.
  2. Swipe up and tap Restart Device.
  3. Swipe up and tap Restart.

Hi,

Thank you for the reply.
Everything else is working completely normally - heart rate sensor is working, sleep tracker, etc. I have restarted the Fitbit and even factory reset it but it has not corrected the issue with the relaxation app circle.
I only received the Fitbit at Christmas and the relaxation graphic was working until the first time the Fitbit updated if that helps.
