Hi, would like to check on status of my replacement item. I’ve sent back the faulty device on 17/9
I was informed that replacement is handled by a different team, but the customer service are always not online..pls advise on the order status..tks

Hi @AlisonGoh these are the community forums and you need customer support to help you with it. From what has been posted on the forums, your returned device is first checked over to be sure all requested parts are there, The time can depned on how many returns were being processed before your Inspire 3 was received by them. Get with support and they should be able to give you more information than those of us on the forums.

You able to reply to their email to you? I have a phone number for USA: call (877) 623-4997 but with recent changes to customer service, I'm not sure if it still works.
