My resting heart rate has not moved more than 1 beat for the last 45 days. And it has stayed with 5 total beats for that entire time period. I’ve restarted my phone. Deleted and re-installed the app. I’ve even gotten a new device. Nothing fixes the issue

@Canada87 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message.
Do you see all other hear rate readings/ records after you sync the Inspire 3?
Are the green LEDs blinking?
Do you wear the Inspire 3 while you sleep?
In the meantime:
Please make sure that your Inspire 3 is on wrist mode and not clip mode.
Also I suggest you to have a look at this: What's resting heart rate?

Best AnswerYes I have done all of the above. My resting heart rate has not varied by more than 1bpm every day since Jan 1 and the range has not varied more than 5 total Bpm in over two months

Best AnswerMy resting heart has not changed from either 50 or 51 bpm for 12 straight days. This is ridiculous
Best AnswerMy issue is still not fixed and nobody from Fitbit has contacted me. It has been 2 weeks. I will be canceling my premium membership. This is terrible customer service
Best AnswerHi, @Canada87, you have seen the article that @JuanFitbit posted, FYG I have an average RHR of 50BPM, I'm a fit, active 79-year-old of 71.5Kg. It varies between 50 & 52 BPM (over a week) and I'm comfortable with this. Bear in mind it is average. Looking at the figures between 02 January & today I get this graph -
I hope you find this useful.
Cheers

Best AnswerHi, again, @Canada87, I've just had a look at the data I have on an alternative device for the same period (yes I'm a NERD & wear 2) I get an average resting HR over the same period of 46 BPM, and fairly level, no spikes. There may be a differential in the sampling rate & the algorithm calculating the averages will be different. There are others who are much more informed about HR in the community who may drop by & offer comments.
Cheers
