Since the most recent firmware update in the FitBit Inspire 3 I have to uninstall and reinstall the SPO2 clock face every morning for it to work Why is this happening?

Issues here too! Mine worked fine last night, and today says "No Data. App install needed." But I go to install and it says its suddenly not available on this device. Seems a lot of us have completely lost this feature.
