Hi,

I would really appreciate if the SPO2 application is extended to users from Sri Lanka. When the purchase is made we expect to experience all features of the device which in this case we are not able to due to restrictions...

@Hiyann ECG is a medically regulated feature and is not available in all countries. In the US, it had to be approved by the Food and Drug Administration. In other countries, it must be approved by the equivalent regulatory authorities there. Fitbit has no control over how long that process takes.

Hi,

Thank you for providing an understanding on this. The local regulatory requirement is give in the link: NMRA 

My understanding is that the Inspire 3 SPO2 tracking will not require any regulatory approval for rollout within Sri Lanka.... 

However, best if you could obtain of specific approval is required from the NMRA
