I have owned the Inspire 2 FitBit and now the Inspire 3 FitBit. My sleep score always shows up on the app, but it never actually displays on my FitBit. I have scoured the forums and looked online for fixes, but nothing works. Does anyone have any luck getting the sleep score to register on the actual FitBit? It's not a huge deal, because I can check the app. It is, however, annoying and makes me wonder why FitBit doesn't make a product that actual works like it says. It shouldn't be this hard.

Hello @MsMichelleLynn and welcome to the Community.  I don't own an Inspire 3, but I found this YouTube video that shows the basic navigation starting at about 0:45.  It shows the Sleep icon with the sleep score in very tiny print below the sleep time.  This is different from the Inspire 2, which has two separate icons.

I can find the score in the Fitbit, it reads “ no score “; however, the app shows a score.

@CarolAnn52   I'm sorry, but I don't have any additional advice for you.  Please follow the troubleshooting steps from the Inspire 3 manual.

Hi, greetings!!
i am using the Inspiration-3 and I have keep exploring all function day by day. I think the sleep time only display once u wake up and start walk and syncs data with the app after that u can see the log on the screen but i don’t think real time log possible practically. Device needs to analysis data after that can give best results. This my experience with inspiration 3.
