I just tried sleep tracking for the first time last night and noticed it says I was asleep all morning despite the fact I woke up and moved around a lot in the hour before ending the sleep session (even spoke to my partner, reached up to give him a hug etc.) so I decided I probably need to switch it from Normal to Sensitive mode.
Trouble is, this setting absolutely refuses to switch to Sensitive. doesn't matter whether I try changing it in the app or on the online dashboard, it just won't change; in the app it just switches right back to Normal, and on the website it gives me a "something went wrong!" message, but without any details.
Can anyone explain what's going on? thank you in advance.
