Sleep logs are offset

I recently bought an Inspire 3 but the previous Versa 4 did the same thing.
When I wake up and check my sleep data, it is off by 3 hours. Specially last night, I went to bed at 9 pm woke at 6:30. The app says I went to bed at midnight and I woke at 9:30. The watch is showing the correct time but the sleep app is telling me I’m still asleep.
The problem is that my sleep now shows as 21 and 22 Mar and since the times are so off, I don’t trust the stages or data.
I’ve restarted the watch, deleted and redownloaded the app.
Last, the search page for troubleshooting is awful. You can only type one letter before a bunch of articles pop up. If you’re trying to type and assume you’re still in the search box, it taps an article and you have to back and start over.
If there’s no fix, I’ll go back to a regular watch and get a different band. This watch sucks as is

Hi @JMcX, welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your sleep logs on your Fitbit app.

By the description of your experience, i believe the issue remains in the timezone you have set in your Fitbit app. It's weird because the device shows the correct time. However, check if your timezone is correct by following the instructions from our help article How do I change the time on my Fitbit device?

It may be possible that it won't fix the logs already saved but it will from now on.

On the other hand, we're constantly striving to improve Fitbit products and services, and we very much appreciate all of the input we receive from our customers, so thank you for your feedback about your experience with the help site.
