Sleep mode not working properly

Sleep mode on my inspire 3 …

split times

no stats posted ..REM..DEEP…LIGHT etc

NO daily sleep %

All other functions working normally 

Anyone have an answer ?

Please advise

Hi, @SunsetRunner , how long have you had your Fitbit? Has it ever given you detailed sleep?

What you describe can be caused by a number of factors:

- Your Fitbit needs to detect your heartrate consistently through the night in order to give you detailed sleep info, including sleep stages (deep , rem, light, etc).  If it cannot detect your heartrate your sleep pattern may be broken and split into parts.  Sometimes this occurs if you are sleeping in a position that means your wrist is significantly flexed or if the band is too loose.  Try wearing it snugly, but not so tight that it restricts you.

- You will not get sleep stages/ detailed sleep info if you sleep less than 3 hours.  As you mention that your sleep recordings are broken into 3 parts this may be why you did not get sleep stages.  

- You will not get sleep stages/ detailed sleep info if you start sleep manually.  You must allow sleep to be detected automatically.
