I have an Inspire 2. A week ago I was asked to sign into my account for the first time in two years. Tried to, and was told I needed to sign in via my Google account. Tried that and it didn't work. Tried to change the password, no luck. Contacted Fitbit via 'chat' facility, got nowhere. Told they have a problem with Google! Fitbit useless as I can't access any data. Anyone having a similar problem?

Hi, @Natura , I think there have been some teething problems with the migration to Google accounts which hopefully are being worked on. I would suggest trying again, both with your original Fitbit email and password and with your new Google credentials.
If you are still having difficulties I recommend getting back in touch with Fitbit Customer Support. This is something they should be able to help you with.
