Sleep registration not complete

Since a week my fitbit inspire 3 does not registrate my sleep complete. If i get up during the night for a few minuten,the registration starts at that moment? Weird! I already tried a reset the app setting is on sensitive  as advice . What more can i do? Also the new  registration schedule is not handy,bring back the old please!
