Is this a bug or yet another feature you’re taking away from customers? Honest to God Fitbit get your act together and fix this app, return your customers’ must-have features and reinstate the browser version. Or your customers will continue to leave you in droves. I have to believe you don’t want that to happen. So FIX THIS.

However, this does not guarantee that in some cases certain features of the application or trackers will not be pleasant for some of the users.

First, my sleep score reappeared today so that’s good.
But second your response is not good, not customer focused and will irritate a lot of people. I know you are being told and guided on how to respond and there are thousands and thousands of REALLY angry customers out there (and you have a tough job right now) but please don’t tell us that Fitbit is making these changes to meet customer demand and that some changes will be unpleasant for customers.

My fitbit sleep score hasn’t registered for many days. Takes forever to sync then doesn’t.
