Sleep score not showing

Just got the Inspire 3 to track sleep and it tracked 8.5 hrs of sleep and is showing my sleep stages for last night, but my sleep score is blank on the watch and not showing in app either. How do I get sleep score to calculate? I’ve already restarted the device twice and turned Bluetooth off and back on to see if I could resynch but still no sleep score showing. Very disappointed.

Myself Also, I have purchase (2) Inspire 3's. In the last month I have had only 2 sleep scores.  They both detect sleep but no scores. Both units detected scores on first night but after firmware upgrade on second night no scores.
