inspire 3 is now tracking 2 nights of sleep together. It used to track 1 night and then changed to 2 nights a week ago. Why? And how do I get it back to tracking just the current night of sleep?

Fitbit always credits sleep to the day you wake up.
If you go to sleep at 9 PM and sleep until 6 AM, sleep will be credited to the day you get up.
But, if after going to sleep at 9 PM, you awoke at 11 PM, couldn't get back to sleep so got up for half an hour, then went back to bed, You would probably get 2 sleep sessions, the first one for 2 hours on the day you went to bed, the 2nd one for 6+ hours on the next day.

Thanks, but that’s not the case. My sleep is stable and for the year I’ve been wearing this Fitbit, it has worked fine each night. I am not awake very much during the night. This just started happening a few days ago, out of the blue.

Mine just started doing that too after I had to re-install it. I can’t figure out how to change it either.

Yea, frustrating, right? My sleep habits haven’t changed and yet it continues to track two nights of sleep. And it also reverts often to just awake and restless, which doesn’t make sense either since I wear it the same exact way every night. I’m not happy with this device and I’ve tried to problem solve. I filed a claim, but it was denied. I don’t recommend the Inspire 3.
