Hi guys,
Love my Inspire 3, upgraded

from my Vivosmart 4. I’m running the app on iOS 18.7.
I have been wearing the Inspire for a few days & installed the SpO2 app. It gave me O2 readings on 2 consecutive days, then gave me a message that I need to install the SpO2 app, even though it is installed and takes readings during my sleep. The tracker screen gives no percentage either, just two dashes. Restarts don’t help. Any ideas?

@STNTnT a moderator has stated here that there is a known issue with SpO2 in the Fitbit app. It is being investigated currently and a fix is expected soon. I would recommend keeping an eye on that thread for any updates.

Have you checked for an update to the SpO2? Or tried removing the SpO2 and re-installing?

Hi Rich, thanks for replying. Yes, I have. No change, but let’s see what happens after another night of sleep.

Hi Alex, I suspected as much. Strange it would work for 2 days, then stop for no apparent reason. Software! Anyway, thanks for replying, I can still see my O2 consumption overnight. I still prefer it to the Vivosmart 4
