I have never had an issue with my fitbits in the past, so I’m really struggling with this one. My step counts and my mileage counts are not showing up correctly in the app. It’ll show correctly on my watch and match my counts with my run app on my phone until it adds the data to my Fitbit app. I tried messing with the stride length and auto stride and deleting and redownloading the app but I’m at a loss. Ideas before I return it?
