Hi all. I had a 1700+ day step streak, which is more than 4.5 years. It reset to 0 on Saturday. I've chatted with support 3 days in a row. They had me restart/reinstall basically everything, and nothing is changing. Please tell me that there is a solution for this. I can scroll through my previous days and show that I have a check mark next to each day for years, so there's clearly a record of me meeting my goal everyday. I don't know why this doesn't match my streak number. Help!
