I have owned a Fitbit for over 10 years and I continue to get frustrated when my step streak randomly recalculate and starts over again. Exceeding 10,000 steps a day has been a priority for me for the last several years and 10 days ago my step streak miscalculated and returned back to zero even though you can look in my history and see that I have over 10,000 steps every single day including 11 days ago and 12 days ago. Why does this continue to happen especially now that I am on the Google version of the app which I would assume was backed up to the cloud? Very frustrating.
