I wandered around my local supermarket for 50 minutes from 10.45am but fitbit did not record 250steps between 11am & noon. Recorded just over 400 steps when usually in region 2000 for same shop.

@AW67   Were you pushing a cart?  A Fitbit needs the motion from arm swinging to count a step.
