Hi tried syncing my Fitbit steps to my iPhone’s health app using FITIV and power sync. Both apps have multiplied my actual steps into my Fitbit tracker. How can I remove those fake steps so it is accurate? Has anyone been able to successfully sync Fitbit steps into iPhone health app? I’ve done all the settings on the phone so they can feed info and data to each other but it wasn’t working. I am trying to use the MyFitnessPal app to sync steps and calories. Maybe I’m not meant to do it all in one place. Please send help! Appreciate yall.

Hello, @Maipooo, welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for informing me about this situation when syncing your steps and calories with different apps using your Inspire 3.
My best recommendation would be only tracking your steps using your Inspire 3 and manually put them in the health app, however, I'm not sure if you're also tracking the steps using the health app, can you confirm this, please?
