Stress Management Score Breakdown

I can see my daily stress management score but not the breakdown scores, these are blank and greyed out. The App just says that the score breakdown is included with Fitbit Premium. I have Premium and all other premium features work ok. Contacted Support Centre but got nowhere. Any ideas please to sort this? Thanks
