I have Only stripes in my display. I can’t see anything else. How can i manage this?

@ManuellaR the first thing to try is restarting the Fitbit. You can find instructions for that here.
If that doesn't help, try changing the watch face in the Fitbit app on your phone or tablet. If that fixes the display, you can change it back to your preferred watch face afterwards.
