FITBIT .. please fix the sync issue! Yes I have tried every.single.suggestion! Something went wrong around the 20th Dec. it is so frustrating. The device and app on iPhone do NOT match. The app no longer tracks sleep or exercise. I know it’s the holidays but honestly there is a big problem here.

I agree. I’ve used Fitbit for years. Been through 3 devices. About a year ago was pretty much forced to switch to google. Started being more mindful last month and now tracking really matters. But it’s constantly having problems syncing. I don’t see my data. It doesn’t share with other app. I’m tired of troubleshooting. I see you have no answer. Sometimes turning Fitbit off (as in rebooting), plugging it in to charge, and setting it on top my phone works. Good luck. I’m still stuck.

This seems annoying! Try restarting your phone and watch, forgetting your watch and reconnecting it, making sure you do not have available updates, uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app, making sure your watch is paired, and search in the Fitbit Help Center.
Is it just the sleep and exercise that's not working?
