Syncing problems inspire3 with my android?

I understand your working on this but shouldn't the fitbit still display the time atleast?

Hi @Eonomo  unfortunately the time is for your Inspire 3 is derived from your smartphone during the syncing process. If you're not able to sync, the time can be incorrect.

Ok so it has been almost 2 weeks this problem has been going on and you still haven't got a resolution? What are we as fitbit inspire 3 owners do?

Exactly, I can't even monitor my steps or my cycle anymore. I would like some idea of when this will be solved.

@Eonomoand @Smartster86  I have the Inspire 3 and haven't had any issues. There is a new app update that should be coming to us soon - it's done on a rolling basis.
