Time is wrong on Inspire 3

Hi, when I woke up my Inspire 3 was showing 9:30 instead of 6:30. It synced and logged my sleep times correctly on my Pixel 7, though, and the app says it's on the correct time zone. I tried syncing it, changing time zone, syncing, getting back and syncing again, and also restarting it. It's still three hours ahead of time. Other time zones seem correct, though.

What a time to be alive. Mine is 5 hours into the future and it made me lose my alarm.

Same here - overnight, woke up and it is showing 3 hours ahead of GMT-3, no matter what I do. Have spent a lot of time doing all the things (unpair from phone, restart phone and fitbit, sync 1000 times, change time zone and try it all again) and nothing works. Please fix this, this is so frustrating!

My Fitbit Luxe has changed time on it's own.

I have tried:

-Restarting the device, and the iPhone

-Deleted and Reinstalled the App

-Turned it from auto to selecting timezones to manual

-repaired the device to the phone

-signed out and signed back in

It will not update the timezones for any of the Asia-Dubai. If i select certain other countries it will sync to that but not my selected timezone

hi, my watch is like e.g. 1418 rn, but the actual time is 2218.. it's off my 8 hours, i seem to not be the only one facing this? tried syncing, tried offing the automatic time zone, nothing seems to work..

Likewise here, it seems like it's force-set to UK time.

Same thing has happened to my Luxe. I’m in Thailand. Noticed it about 5 hours ago it had changed on its own. The hour is incorrect but the rest of the time/date data is correct.  I’ve done the same things you have, with no luck.  Hoping Fitbit Support can sort this out asap!

Same here. I'm in GMT+8, suddenly started showing 12:00 time instead of 20:00.

I tried factory reset, logging out of app, using dashboard on website, changing timezone on app/dashboard, etc. To no avail.

The watch responds and is able to change language and other properties, except the time.

Like CosmicNomad mentions, looks hardcoded to UK time. Hopefully a bug that can be resolved with a bug-fix update released soon.

Setting my phone as alarm tonight 😞

I have a fitbit inspire 3. I'm in Buenos Aires, Argentina (GMT - 3 hs). Today I woke up at 8 AM and my fitbit was showing 11 AM as the time.
I've already restarted my Fitbit multiple times before, during and after syncing it with my phone. I've already restarted my phone multiple times. I've already checked the date and time on my phone. I've already configured the Fitbit app to set the time zone automatically with my phone and also manually to every time zone that is the same as mine. Nothing works, it shows me GMT time, not GMT -3 hs which is what is selected.
nonetheless, when I select other timezones that do not coincide with mine and then sync my phone, the timezone changes accordingly, but if i change it back to any other timezone that is the same as mine, or the exact one that should be, it shows GMT time, not GMT - 3 hs.
The fitbit app is up to date.
I've already logged out and back into the Fitbit app.
I also tried changing the region and it didn't work.
I've also erased all the data and cache from the app and logged back in, then repeated all the steps above this one. Didn't work.
What can i do?

I have read all the forums for support and they are saying to do these but it is honestly not working for me and mine is 4 hours behind. It happened to me and a friends here in the UAE and nothing seems to fix the issue. A friend has the charge 6 and it is not doing it. So maybe it is only a luxe thing?

I'm having the same issue in Colombia, woke up and my Inspire 3 showed the tiem for GMT 0 when I have it manually set at GMT -5. I have tried everything, even manually changing time zones but it's stuck at GMT 0. I Changed the location and it worked, change clock from 12 hrs to 24 hrs and worked, but when i tried to change the time zone it didn't worked. I contacted support and they said it should be fixed in a few hours but this was almost 2 hours ago. I reset my watch, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changed the background, deleted user data, and still haven't been able to make the time zone change to the correct one.

Workaround: For India, I tried setting the following, manually and it works after synching:

Location: Indonesia (English)

Timezone: Colombo (which is same as India)

Hi everyone, and welcome to our new members.

Thanks for reporting this issue with us, and your efforts while working on this matter. I wanted to let you know that this issue was already escalated and our team got it fixed. If you continue seeing the wrong time, I'd suggest opening the Fitbit app and pulling down on the Today screen to force a sync.

Once again, I appreciate your feedback and hope you can keep crushing your goals!
