Touch screen use ability on Inspire 3

I have the Inspire 3 and find the touch screen to be nearly unusable. it often takes 3 to 4 touches / swipes to get the proper reaction. As an alarm, it's very difficult to acknowledge any alarm.

Has anyone else had this issue and a solution? I'm seriously thinking of going back to old and returning this one

I’m having the same issue

Not responsive to the touch

4/5 times to get it to come on or switch windows…..
