Since the August update my zone minutes stopped tracking. I contacted Fitbit and they had me reset my Fitbit and it seems to be working. Go to settings on your actual Fitbit and find the Reset section and click reset.
Yes it is restart. But what I found is that the zone minutes only track if your heart rate is at a moderate rate or more. It used to track in the light rate but not anymore.
