Tried to move account to google but didn’t complete the whole process

Tried to move account to google but didn’t complete the whole process  Google prompted that the account wasn’t moved. 

Then I logged in Fitbit app, but it rejected, and prompted that the account was moved and I should login to google 

Then I logged in thru google , it rejected and prompted that no Fitbit account found!

It seems a bug in Fitbit app. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, using different devices to login ……, still can’t login to sync. Anyone can help?

Hi, @Ballchai, welcome to the community, you may find this article helpful How to move a Fitbit Account to a Google Account - Fitbit Help Center I would add that if you have more than one Google account make sure you are logging in with the correct account.
